To my surprise!

SlippersThis is my casual wear to the doctors office… I was curious to find out if I had lost any weight after watching my diet and walking since the beginning of this month. I made a goal to lose 110 lbs by the end of this year. I took my mom to her doctor’s appointment yesterday and jumped on the scale, to my surprise I had lost 11 pounds. That’s not bad at all! I haven’t been posting on a regular basis because of several projects I’ve been working on and an obedience training class for my Rottweiler. Starting February I’ll start making a daily post to keep everyone updated on my quest to get back into shape.

Kaulena’s obedience training class is giving me a workout every day. I train with her twice a day for 20 minutes and I think I get a bit more tired than she does. It looks like if I keep up with my diet and my daily walks I’ll meet my goal.

I’m stepping up my daily walking routine to twice daily for 45 minutes. A 45 minute walk before I go to work in the morning and a 45 minute walk in the evening. Hopefully I’ll adjust to this quickly. Stay cool, Keep Healthy!
