Walking or Jogging?

Walking might be one of the most underestimated of all exercise. It might be out of the category of extreme sports but none the less you can have a nice workout by walking. Several extra steps per minute will do the job. What I’m talking about is not your normal pace of walking but picking up the pace a little does a world of difference while doing your morning or evening workout.
