If you haven’t heard of them be prepared, they are legends in their own right and you will see why they are hero’s too so many. It’s one of the greatest love stories of all times, a story of a father who climbs mountains and runs to the end of the earth and back to give his son a better life, a life that transcends the limitations of his body.

Rick Hoyt’s fight started at birth 44 years ago when the umbilical chord was wraped around his neck. The doctor told Dick and Judy Hoyt that Rick had Cerebral Palsy and would never be able to walk or talk. The doctors said to forget Rick, put him away, put him in an institution, he’s going to be nothing but a vegetable the rest of his life.
