Plan’s for a Home that I’ll be building in Hawaii. This is one of several plans that I’ll choose from to build on a half acre lot that’s nestled in the cool elevation of Kula Maui.

A classic exterior without and numerous amenities within combine to make this plush design ideal for the whole family. The spacious kitchen/cafe/family room area will be a favorite place to gather and unwind together during the week. Weekends may see the formal living and dining rooms hosting friends and family for dinner or drinks. The secluded master suite, offering a luxury bath, plenty of closet space, and rear terrace access, will be a favorite retreat for the homeowners. The upper floor overlooks the living room below and opens to a series of terraces. Two bedrooms enjoy private baths.
